Charter-Party Committee

The charter party committeee has the objective of establishing a standard ocean freight contract for ethanol, taking into the account the peculiarities of ethanol ocean trasportation. To date ethanol ocean freight has been negotiated basis contracts terms for petroleum, petroleum products, and liquid chemicals. The committee will identify the riders to the C/P pertaining to ethanol.
